Nikki Lorch

Nikki started with ECIR in May of 2018 and brings over 15 years of human resources experience as well as general accounting experience. As the Director of HR & Operations, she works with everything from employee benefits, compensation and payroll, recruiting, employee relations, accounts payable and receivable, and even some office design. She has had past experience wearing multiple hats from being on the executive team of a small marketing firm, InTouch, Inc in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Prior to joining ECIR, Nikki was the Director of Human Resources at MECLABS where she led a multifunctional department and served as a business partner to the strategic team. She is happy to have found ECIR to be able to apply her past experiences to help ECIR continue to grow.

Nikki traded snow life for salt life when she moved to Jacksonville, Florida from Minnesota in 2014. Outside of work she loves spending time with her husband, two kids and dog. Her home-based cookie business also keeps her very busy.
