Melanie Johnson

Prior to joining ECIR, Melanie served as the Director of Sales Operations at a marketing company where she was responsible for conceptualizing and integrating sales processes, curating data into meaningful reports and dashboards giving key stakeholders the business intelligence needed to make strategic decisions, and owning relationships with external engineers, acting as technology project manager to ensure the company’s systems reflected their current processes. At ECIR, she works as integral member of the management team maintaining the day-to-day financial operations in such a way that improves efficiencies, enhances, quality, reduces costs and increases profitability. Her strengths lie in developing and interpreting data to guide the strategic direction of the company.

In her spare time, Melanie enjoys making memories with her son, especially camping and traveling. Working in clinical research is special to her heart, as her son has type one diabetes, and any medical advancements in care or towards a cure benefits not only the entire T1D community, but her family as well.
