The primary purpose of this Phase 3 clinical study is to collect pivotal data confirming the safety and efficacy of Metformin DR in T2DM patients with varying renal function from normal up to CKD3B.
ORION-4 is a research study coordinated by the University of Oxford and co-sponsored by The University of Oxford and Novartis (Protocol: CTSU_MDCO-PCS-17-01 (CKJX839B12301)). The study aims to find out if a new cholesterol-lowering injection (inclisiran) safely lowers the risk of heart attacks and strokes in people who have already had one of these conditions, or who have had an operation or procedure to treat blocked arteries.
This study is to assess LDL-C reductions at Week 52 with monthly (Q4W [≤31 days]) dosing of LIB003 (lerodalcibep) 300 mg administered subcutaneously (SC) compared to placebo in patients with very-high risk for CVD on a stable diet and oral LDL-C lowering drug therapy.
This study is to assess LDL-C reductions at Week 52 with monthly (Q4W [≤31 days]) dosing of LIB003 (lerodalcibep) 300 mg administered subcutaneously (SC) compared to placebo in patients with CVD, or at high risk for CVD, on a stable diet and oral LDL-C lowering drug therapy
This study will be a placebo-controlled, double-blind, randomized, phase 3 study in participants with underlying heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH) and/or ASCVD to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of obicetrapib as an adjunct to diet and maximally tolerated lipid-lowering therapy.
The purpose of this study is to compare CHF 5993 with CHF 1535 in improving lung function, reducing moderate and severe COPD exacerbations, and other clinical efficacy and safety outcomes in the target subject population.
